I Am Male, 30 Years Old. I Was Diagnosed With

I am male, 30 years old. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 5 years ago and have tried every drug on the market. None of it works. Present with symmetric knee and ankle pain, but swelling only in knees. I had knee surgery 2x and there is very little damage in X-rays. I have a family history of hypothyroidism. Is it possible that my issues are actually caused by hypothyroidism?
