I Am Male 43 Yrs. Old, Backing Truck Into Driveway

I am male 43 yrs. old, backing truck into driveway Friday night..........blacked out no memory of what happened., Headache on Saturday intense through whole forehead and entire top of skull with throbbing pain most of day.....did not eat all dayno appetite. Early evening saw my son but could not understand what he was saying I was told I could not make sense or complete a full sentence. Call paramedics What could this be?
