I Am ( Male , 49 Yrs ) Diabetic Since

I am ( male , 49 yrs ) diabetic since 2004 . But not in control . While when I take any diabetic medicines I get within 10 minutes fore head pain . Many medicines has been tried . Currently on Lantus 24 units . Novorapid 6-0-10 along with Glycomet 500 mg 1-0-1 and Glyzid 80 mg 1-0-1 .
