I Am Male 73 Years Old. On July 11 2016

I am male 73 Years old. On July 11 2016 I had a total knee replacement of the left knee. Both of my knees have been checked by Orthopaedic surgeons and they both need replacement. My first surgery was in Indianapolis but logistics, accommodations etc make it impossible for me to have the right knee done they. I am now living with close friends in Wilmore.
Is there an experienced surgeon in the Lexington KY area who could perform the right knee procedure.
I am retired and do not have a wealthy estate. I only have USA Medicare A and B. I am totally dependent on Medicare and have no supplementary insurance whatsoever.
