I am male 74 years and my ultersound of my kidney read as below.
Both kidneys are normal in shape ouline and normal in dimenision. Cortical echogrmicity is increased in bothside. Pelvi-calycealsystems are dialarted on both sides. Left kidney shows 29x27 and 20x17 mm cortical wnechoic shadows.
The imperessions 1.SUGGEST GRADE -1 RENAL PARENCHYMAL DIEASE
2. LEFT RENAL CYSTS.
3. GRADE-1 PROSTATIC ENLAEGEMENT.
PLEASE explain me in simple terms if it is sercious and need treatment. or it is common age related illment.
