I Am Married, 43 Yrs Old. I Have Small White

I am married, 43 yrs old. I have small white dots (bumps) on the base of my penis and testicles that don't itch or have any kind of discharge. I've had them as long as I can remember. I had a vasectomy about 4 1/2yrs ago and the doc that performed the surgery didn't say anything about it. However, my wife says that she develops symptoms of a yeast infection almost every time we have sex. Help.
