I am married aged 30years. I was unaware that the foreskin should rollback while penetration. After knowledge I tried and succeeded with great difficulty. I think my frenulum also is short because of which my foreskin does not roll back more after the ring. I tried to penetrate with skin rolling back while having intercourse but felt too much of pain. Please guide is there any natural solution without surgery for short frenulum and phimosis?
