I Am Maturbating From When I Am 8 Yrs Old

I am maturbating from when I am 8 yrs old and in 14 yrs old I fall from cycle due to which the pubic hairs streached badly and I got pain when i put my hand on hairs upto 19 yrs of age. No i am 21 yrs old my penis is curved to right from center and tilted towards to right leg during erection and width and length is very small and due to this i don't have sex with any girl . Plz tell how I cure my problem.
