I Am Mestributing Since For Years..but Now I Want To

I am mestributing since for years..but now I want to live it...is there any demerit. ...when I stop it for 4 to 5 days ...I feel my mind is not proper working ie I feel I may have recall problem....if I live it..any how....is there any effect on my mind...I am 25 year old unmarried boy..plz suggest me...
