I Am Miserable With What Feels Like Heartburn And Large

I am miserable with what feels like heartburn and large amounts of gas and belching. Pain in the upper right side and in the back. I have a small hiatal hernia and gerd. Have had endoscopy colonoscopy and abdominal ultrasound. Hida scan showed good function. I do have a fatty liver. Bloodwork is ok. Heart tests are ok but I still feel terrible. Have been to ER twice. Can't hardly eat anything just don't know what to do next. I really thought it was GB. Please help me
