I Am Mohanraj Working As Instructor In Pondicherry Engineering College,age

I am mohanraj working as instructor in pondicherry engineering college,age 58,Male in 2013 i gone for open heart surgery due to swelling of heart they done mutrral valve repair and leave three bloks, and also i got simple multiple sists in both kidnys , urea level is normal during operation now its 73 instead of 43 ,so I have itching all over the body,drinking water level is 1 1/2 litter per day, having lesser salt in food.I am taking nearly 13 pills per day,
