I Am Needing A Consult From A Gastroenterologist. My 70

I am needing a consult from a gastroenterologist. My 70 year old dad is currently in the hospital due to severe dehydration and kidney trauma secondary to him have severe diarrhea and stomach cramps since Tuesday. He is unable to keep water down without having watery diarrhea with a very foul odorand he states he has a metallic taste in his mouth. He is taking flagyl in the hospital now and IV fluids but is unable to keep water down. He has pernicious anemia which he has managed from home for 40 years and thyroid issues which he takes synthrax. He is a retired dentist who just finished harvesting 3 acres of watermelons by himself so has been in exceptional health prior to Tuesday.
