I Am Newly Married And Aged 25 .On 19 September

I am newly married and aged 25 .On 19 september , i had severe cramps and heavy bleeding

On visit to nearby clinic i found it wasnt a normal period but an incomplete abortion .It freaked the hell out of me and i was told that a part of the tissue had been removed and for rest , i need to have it aborted .My tests were done immediately .and i was given the medicines for abortion for six days . On seventh day i was asked to visit again to confirm the completion of process and it was complete .


Things were so quick that it shocked me .I had not even missed a period as my due date was 14 september and usually , my periods occur late.and doc told me i was two weeks pregnant.sadness

on the same day , i was given novelon tablets for 21 days and was told that with this , my periods will be regular


i have a few questions now

after this incidence , i am unable to even think of having intimacy with mu husband right now ..i am scared ....is it normal ? should i resume having sex now ?

when should i plan for a baby again ??


how should i ensure a good health first ( i am underweight ), what dietary changes should i make ?
