I Am Normally High Energy But Have Felt Very Tired

I am normally high energy but have felt very tired for over a month now regardless of rest, and more recently get dizzy sometimes when I stand up or lie down; and have a dull earache. I'm wondering if I have an ear condition. My throat can be a bit tight but ok. Tiredness is what's bothering me the most but I am also conscious of the earache and dizziness here and there.
