Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am not a smoker, never had. I lived at home until age 17 with my parent s who both smoked. I am now 55. Incidentally, I had a CXR before surgery (bowel) and it showed multiple nodules. I had a CT and the radiologist told my DR it was either TB, a Severe bacterial infection in my lungs or he suspects cancer. What questions should I be asking and other than seeing a pulmonologist, what should I be doing?
