I Am Not Able To Feel The Cooper, I Never

I am not able to feel the cooper, I never felt it, went to a gp and she could either, but I had heavy discharge so she gave meds to correct it, should I be concern, its the second dr can't find it, and its 7 months ago I put it in, my gynae did ultrasound 7 months ago and it was ok. But am still concern, I get pain often in the area
