I Am Not Diagnosed With Diabetes And My Routine Labs

I am not diagnosed with diabetes and my routine labs in march showed an A1c of 5.6. But a few months ago I became stressed over a personal matter and noticed that night I was up urinating every 5-10 minutes. I checked my BS the next day and it was 230. So I started to watch it closer and it was usually in the 90's after that. I do occasionally feel like I have a few pre-diabetes symptoms as I am pretty in tune with my body. I have a BMI of 30 so I realize I need to loose some weight. Tonight before bed I checked it and it was 158. Is it to soon to repeat the A1C? And should I be concerned?
