I Am Not Feeling So Great Throughout The Day For

I am not feeling so great throughout the day for the past few days I've been feeling nauseous throughout the day. One minute I'll be sick to my stomach then once I get up and burp in okay then it comes back. My mom suspects in pregnant because I haven't ha my period in 5 days. Could I be pregnant or just have a stomach bug?
