I Am Not Finding An Option For This Symptom. I

I am not finding an option for this symptom. I have larger muscle groups from neck/trap area down to hamstrings, including however, my hand and arms- bilaterally- wherein I find myself shaking a bit. It's actually more consistent with the feeling like after you exercise and you're experiencing an adrenaline type rush. No pain nor discoloration, or heat. So what would I call this?
