I Am Not Having Cough Or Cold. But Suddenly I

I am not having cough or cold. But suddenly I feel throat is blocking. So, I try to sneezing out - I am getting black long strings from my right nose. 2,3 days I didn't care . But now I am feeling weird. So, could you please let me what could be the reason.
