I Am Not In Any Way Going To Die In

I am not in any way going to die in 6 months to a year. My physician started perscribing tylenol 4 prn when the new law came out for triplicates for norco. The Tylenol 4 does not work. I have been having pain rating > 5 and sometimes up at 8 and 10, and am having trouble sleeping.
Yesterday we spoke over the phone, and now he is saying I should consider Hospice, and that regular physicians do not write scripts for norco any more. I want to know what to tell him because I know for a fact that this is a lie. Help
