I Am Not Sick Bit My Right Nostril Drips. It

I am not sick bit my right nostril drips. It can be congested or extremely dry at times bit will still drip. It doesn't happen when I'm asleep and ir just started suddenly yesterday. I woke up with a little soreness in my throat but nothing serious. What does it mean and what can I do to treat this problem?
