I Am Not Sure I Have Had Pain In My

I am not sure I have had pain in my forearm for a couple of days thought is was a bout of lymphedema but I noticed last night 2 small red dots and didn't think too much about it at the time. I tried some icy hot and an ibuprofen which did not anything. This morning it was still sore and felt hot and progressively thoughout the day has gotten more and more red hot and inflamed.
