I Am Not Sure If I Could Be Pregnant. I

I am not sure if I could be pregnant. I am late for my period by 11 days. Two home pregnancy tests came out positive. I do have a fibroid cyst which showed false positive results before. I am having cramps, lower backache, headache, swollen breasts, lethargy. I am planning to go do an ultrasound to make sure. What do you think?
