I Am Not Sure If I Have Bursitis Or Not.

I am not sure if I have bursitis or not. My elbow is very painful enlarged and very hot. got rid of the swelling going down my arm and I thought my elbow was getting better.the pain is back in full force shooting down my arm. Elbow was getting better, now my elbow is swollen and very hot. It has also started peeling. It looks like it has 1/2 of a peeling red ball protruding from my elbow. The skin is very tender where it is peeling. Not sure what to do. Any ideas?
