I Am Not Sure If I Have Sprained My Ankle

I am not sure if I have sprained my ankle or done something to my baby toe but stood up tripped over shoes and from my little toe up to my ankle is affected Hurts a lot and have put ice on it. Ankle is swollen and under part of little toe hurts to touch and under part of foot toward the side of little toe up to ankle. Took one tylnol 500mg
