I Am Not Sure If This Is Just Me Trying

I am not sure if this is just me trying to calm myself down but here it goes. About 2 months after my little brother (19) unexpectedly passed I started getting headaches. Some days they are dull and last all day while other days they are on and off. I also feel like I am in a haze. I get lightheaded sometimes as well, nothing that hinders my work but definitely annoying. I also get ear pain. My headaches are mostly one sided and I had some eye swelling with a few of them. I am starting to get worried if this could be a brain tumor or something. I would like to note that I have EXTREME anxiety, which has worsened since my brothers passing.
