I Am Not Sure What I Have But On Sunday,

I am not sure what I have but on Sunday, I was in extreme pain in my stomach and lower. The pain felt like I was in labor; pretty bad. Today when I arose, the pain had lessened and I had unbalancedk shakes, similar to Parkinson's disease, As the day went on, the shaking had decreased and the pain in my stomach and lower began again. It seems to be more centralized on the right side. What do you think. We just recently moved to Oregon and do not have primary doctors yet. Our first appointments are in October.
