I Am Not Typically Sexually Active And Have Been Tested

I am not typically sexually active and have been tested twice for STDs just in case. I leak clear fluid from my penis and occasionally it hurts when I pee. I even took 2 rounds of antibiotics and its still there. I feel like I traumatized the under carriage from riding my bike or the last time I had sex which was months ago. Any thoughts?
