I am noticing a shadow in my vision. When I try to check which eye it disappears. I only see it when both eyes are open. The shadow is usually in the same spot upper left edges (about 30% of vision). It goes away in minutes, but reappears seemingly by trigger of light or head/eye movement? Also experiencing eye dryness.
