I Am Now 28 Weeks Preggers And Twice In The

I am now 28 weeks preggers and twice in the last week my vision has been off. I would see a blurred curvy line of static or colors, as well as pseudo loss of vision followed by severe migraines. Now just so you know, I have always had an issue with migraines preggers or not and this pregnancy hasn't been any different. My ob prescribed caffeine acetaminophen to help with that issue, although now it seems to not do any good, as the migraines seem to have gotten worse. Also, at the anatomy scan I was told that I have marginal cord insertion. With that being said my question is, do you think I have preeclampsia and does the marginal cord insertion have anything to do with that?
