I Am Now On My 16th Day Of My Cycle

I am now on my 16th day of my cycle and have developed four follicles, two in each ovary but the biggest is in my right ovary (25 x 19 mm by April 8th). I have been in so much pain these past two days and I don´t know if it has become a quist or I still have the chance to get pregnant.
