I Am Obese (but Losing Weight). I Seems To Have

I am obese (but losing weight). I seems to have what remains of a pimple under my fat fold. When I feel it I can tell it is an "open" wound but it only hurts when I am prying at it. Is this a cause for concern? I am very careful to scrub under my belly fat daily in the shower with soap and water.
