I Am On 100 Mg Of Celebrex; I Weigh 110

I am on 100 mg of Celebrex; I weigh 110 lbs. I am short of breathe, slurred speech, weakness in muscle, & sores in my mouth & cant swallow food very well. My vision is blurry & I have new eyeglasses. What's wrong with me and this med? I've taken 25 mg before & never had a problem.
