I Am On 100 Mg Of Wellbutrin. I Started It

I am on 100 mg of Wellbutrin. I started it Thursday, Sep 26. I noticed I felt a little sleepy on Sat., then felt completely wiped out on Sun. I attributed the sleepiness to Bentyl which I was taking for abdominal cramping, under a doctor's prescription. Sun day night I could not sleep, despite taking 5. Mg of Ambien, which my psychiatrist said was compatible with Wellbutrin. I was wiped out on Mon. From lack of sleep, slept okay with the Ambien, then pretty good on Tues. with just some tiredness. Then Wed. And today I felt so sleepy about an hour or two after taking the Wellbutrinand it lasted until early evening. I plan to call my doctor tomorrow, but she is extremely hard to reach . I'll probably speak to her assistant. Is this a side effect of the Wellbutrin that will eventually go away, and should it be keeping me from sleeping, even with the Ambien? I would like your evaluation of all this ASAP! Thank you
