I Am On 25 Mg Of Atenolol And Have Been

I am on 25 mg of atenolol and have been on it for about 10 years. Dr put me on this after a heart by pass for blockages. Dr said I needed it to keep my heart from over working. But I am having loss of hair, tiredness a lot, aches in my legs and beating swooshing in my ears, and bad time sleeping. I have read these are symptons if this drug. I want to stop this drug, what is a safe way to do this ? Am I in danger if I stop this drug! YYYY@YYYY
