I Am On 4mg Of TiZanidine, 200mg Gabepentin And 100mg

I am on 4mg of TiZanidine, 200mg Gabepentin and 100mg Tramadol and today I was given a script for 10mg Amitriptylin. I have trouble resting at night due to inflamatory arthritis and bone spurs at S1 on my spine. He told me to space the meds out and not to take all at once. About an hour apart. Is this safe?
