I Am On 80mgs 3x A Day. I Lost About

I am on 80mgs 3x a day. I lost about 12 pills and I have about 8 left until I can get a new script. I take 3 80mgs a day for neuropathy and back pain issues. The next time I can get my script filled is in 5 days. What can I do to help the severity of the withdrawal I am currently going thru which is horrible. I feel like an idiot for loosing them. I was trying to go to 2 until I get my new script but the last 2 days have been horrible trying to get thru the days and the nights, any suggestions?
