I Am On Budesonide 3mg Bid- I Have Ever 2-3

I am on Budesonide 3mg bid- I have ever 2-3 + edema bilateral lower legs with redness and itcbing- I have autoimmune hepatitis I saw my girlfriend g I doc last weekand he said it was the steroid but did not seem concerned. I am concerned because it hurts and the edema is uncomfortable. I have ever 20 MG Lasix know can take but it is the helping
