I Am On Coumidin. I May Have A Chronic Condition

I am on Coumidin. I may have a chronic condition of a referred pain to my hip. I've been having it dealt with by my doctor...Cortisone shots (2).. Didn't help. I'm can't have an MRI because I have a pacemaker. I
Very painful going upstairs. Tylenol Extra Strength does very little. Is there a non-habit-forming pain med that's not addictive and still effective. I used to get good relief from ibuprofin...
