I Am On Keflex For A Skin Infection That I

I am on Keflex for a skin infection that I got after a hornet that stung me. I am in 5 days into the prescription.
I noticed blood yesterday night when I went to the bathroom. A little bit.

Tonight had quiet a bit of blood when I had a bowel movement. I do not believe it is in my stool. I do believe it is just from my restum. ShouldI I go to the doctor?
