I Am On Macrobid For 3 Days & I Started

I am on Macrobid for 3 days & i started to get a low grade fever of 100 yesterdy ^ today Shld I contnue to take the Macrobid...Whn I take Tylenol the fever goes away I went to awalk in clinic and was given this medcation for a bladder infection as my urine showed some red and white cells. Should I continue the Macr'obid for 4 more days. It is also making me naucious. Wld Cipro be better for me
