I Am On Savayso And Have Frequent Nose Bleeds. Now

I am on Savayso and have frequent nose bleeds. Now they have stopped but I know my nose is still bleeding because when i scratch inside it there is dry blood, but i am no longer bleeding out of my nose, it seems to be going down my throat. Do I need to see a doctor about this.
