I Am On Sulfameth/TMP 800/1600 Mg Tables...taking Twice A Day

I am on Sulfameth/TMP 800/1600 mg tables...taking twice a day for an infection i got in my hand from a second degree burn. I started taking the medication 6 days ago on 8/15/18. Most of swelling has gone down ...the swelling and redness is almost gone, but my had is very sensitive down a couple fingers and in my wrist. The burn in on the back of my hand between my thumb and middle finger. Should I be concerned?
