I Am On A 11 Day Course Of Tapering Prednisone

I am on a 11 day course of tapering prednisone for asthma followed by a month of inhaled steroid meds. Am on the 9th day of prednisone. and think I have thrush and possibly a vaginal yeast infection. Mouth is sore and hasn't improved with salt gargle. Beginning to think also have vaginitis. Suggestions? Should I call my doctor or try to treat with OTC treatment.
