I Am On A Cocktail Of Drugs For Atrial Fibrillation,

I am on a cocktail of drugs for atrial fibrillation, apixoban,ramapil and bisoprolol, 5mg,5mg and 2.5 respectively. I am experiencing red spots of varying sizes, some large, all of which itch at varying times.i also have had a leg wound that healed up but is now a large area of rough scaly skin , which itches and slightlly bleeds. Which of the drugs I am taking is likely to cause this?
