I Am On A Daily Dose Of Vyvanse,50 Mgs. I

I am on a daily dose of Vyvanse,50 mgs. I had a tooth pulled this past Monday/2 days ago. I haven't taken it since the removal. I notice when on it,i bleed heavily,when I otherwise normally would not. Scared to take it,as I don't want to disrupt the clot. Afraid I will start bleeding. How long should I wait before I resume my daily dose?!
