I Am On A Four Drug Protocol, Following A Cardiac

I am on a four drug protocol, following a cardiac incident a month ago. Metoprolol, baby aspirin, Clopidogrel, and Atorvastatin. No further incidents have occurred. However, I am in serious need of some dental work to be done, involving extractions, root canals, etc. I feel there is a danger in continuing this protocol with the oral surgery that is scheduled, unless this protocol can be modified. What can you advise ? BTW, I never had, (nor do I have), any high blood pressure issues.
