I Am On Accutane So My Skin Is Of Course

I am on accutane so my skin is of course a lot thinner and dryer than usual. Stupidly i decided to wax my eyebrows last night. I know have ripped the first layer of skin off the areas around my eyebrows. I was wondering what i should put on the burns and also if they are going to scab?
