I Am On Apixaban. Recently, Hip Joint Pains Drove Me

I am on apixaban. Recently, hip joint pains drove me to take 500 mgs of Tylenol morning, evening, and at bedtime so I could sleep. I also take a statin, blood pressure med, and testosterone gel (small dose) daily. Will a glass of beer and small glass of wine once a week in evening be ok? I'm male, 73, mostly very healthy except for atrial fibrillation, weigh 152 lbs, 5' 10" --Thank you.
